UAC foods is a fast food, beverage and Restaurant arm of UACN which fully means United Africa Company of Nigeria. It is completely owned by UACN PLC with its head office in Lagos.
Although UAC foods has been around for over 60 years. It was officially incorporated as a public liability company in Nigeria in 2010. This was a time when Mr Larry Ettah served as both the group’s CEO and Managing Director with Senator Udoma Udo Udoma as chairman of the board. This time, the food subsidiary also established a strategic partnership with a South African Culinaire, Tiger Brand.
Most of the food items produced by UAC foods fall under the Fast Food category and are made up of snacks like Gala Sausage Roll, Groundnut chips & Cupcakes anf Fun time Coconut chips which can all be sourced from its brand, Mr Biggs, Village Kitchen, Pizza Inn, Chicken Inn and more. The Beverage category has the bottled water called SWAN Natural Spring Water while the Ice Cream, a Diary section fronting Supreme Ice Cream and other lollipops.
